What are your check-in and dining hours?

Check-in begins at 3pm and check-out is by 11am. The restaurant serves dinner from 6pm to 10:30pm daily, with breakfast available for guests from 7am. The private lounge is open to guests each evening from 7pm.

Is there a dress code?

We ask guests to dress smart-casual for dinner and the evening lounge; tailored jackets are welcomed but not required. Trainers and sportswear are best kept for daytime wear around the townhouse.

Do we need a reservation for the gaming lounge?

Yes, the private lounge has limited seating and is accessible to hotel guests and dinner reservation holders. We recommend requesting a lounge visit when booking your table or room, as evening slots are arranged on the night.

Can you accommodate group bookings or private events?

Our parlours and main hall can be reserved for groups of 10 to 60 guests. Please contact our events coordinator at least three weeks in advance to discuss menus, seating and availability.

Is parking available on-site?

A small private courtyard offers limited parking for hotel guests on a first-come basis. Additional public parking is a short walk away, and our reception team can advise on the nearest options when you arrive.

Is the gaming lounge suitable for a quiet evening rather than active play?

Certainly. Many guests visit simply to enjoy the atmosphere, a drink from the bar and the company of others by candlelight — the tables are there for those who wish to take part, with no obligation.
